This drink was created by Sam Penton (2019). At the time, everyone wanted a tequila cocktail, so this recipe came from him wanting to have the most popular drink on the menu. This Daiquiri and Clover Club hybrid was secretly named for the nickname he had for his partner.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mltequila
- ½ oz · 15 mlmezcal
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlpineapple juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlraspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
- Peychaud’s bitters to garnish
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake without ice (“dry shake”).

Add ice.
- 4
Shake until chilled.
- 5
Strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 6
Garnish with Peychaud’s bitters.
