This is an original of mine that is the lovechild of an espresso martini and carajillo. As I’ve preached before, the best thing you can do to an espresso martini is use a base spirit other than vodka. Licor 43 is a lovely Spanish vanilla spiced liqueur.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mltequila reposado
- ½ oz · 15 mlLicor 43
- ½ oz · 15 mlcoffee liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlcold brew concentrate
- 1 barspoonsimple syrup
- 5 dropssaline solution (or pinch salt)
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with three coffee beans.
