This cocktail is by Sam Ross, who made it in 2017 at his speakeasy Attaboy (NYC). You can think of this drink as the lovechild between a Zombie and Mai Tai, that highlights some funky Jamaican rum. This one is named after a character in Pulp Fiction.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlaged Jamaican rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlJamaican rum (high ester)
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfalernum
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlorgeat
- 2 dashesabsinthe
- nutmeg to garnish
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into a tiki mug or glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils and fresh nutmeg.
