About
This cocktail was created by Matt Marol (@mattmarol) at Deadshot (@deadshotpdx) in Portland, Oregon. A split base of blanco and reposado tequila provides both brightness and depth, while PX sherry adds richness and dried fruit notes. Banana liqueur softens the edges, cacao bitters lean into subtle chocolate, and matcha brings a grassy bitterness that balances the drink’s weight. This is happiness in a glass.Cheers y’all!
