Happy first day of summer to my northern hemisphere folks! I had to start summer with a cocktail packed with seasonal flavors. This one is absolutely crushable and perfect for a hot summer day. Thanks to @empirebrickofgin for the recipe.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlcoconut rum
- ⅓ oz · 10 mlwhite overproof rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlfalernum
- 2 oz · 60 mlfresh watermelon juice
- ⅔ oz · 20 mlfresh lime juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcinnamon syrup
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils.
