This clever cocktail is by @empirebrickofgin. This is the season for blue drinks, so get some blue curaçao, or better yet, dry curaçao (which is usually higher quality) and make your own blue with some food coloring 😉 It is best to use a fruity/funky rum here.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlwhite rum
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlYellow Chartreuse
- ½ oz · 15 mlblue curaçao
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlagave syrup grenadine float (optional)
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils.
- 6
Float grenadine on top (optional).
