About
A former student challenged me to make a Midori Sour, so here we are. This is John deBary’s (@jnd3001) stripped-down take on the classic. As deBary put it, “Despite its otherworldly hue, Midori is surprisingly legit.” Midori brings plenty of melon sweetness on its own, so all it really needs is fresh lime juice for balance and egg white for texture. I know Midori gets a lot of side-eye because of the color, but this version makes a pretty good case for it.Cheers y’all!
