This cocktail was created by Satan’s Whiskers (@satans_whiskers) in East London. It follows an easy equal-parts format, with smoky mezcal, stone fruit from the apricot liqueur, and the soft floral-citrus character of Lillet Blanc. Lime may seem like the more natural pairing for mezcal, but lemon works especially well here alongside the apricot and Lillet Blanc.Cheers y'all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlmezcal
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlapricot liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlLillet Blanc
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
