If you enjoy coffee, you’ll enjoy my take on the classic. Consider this a before- or after- Negroni, depending on if you prefer your coffee at the beginning or end of your night. The barspoon of coffee liqueur adds a bit of sweetness to soften the typically bitter drink.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz · 37.5 mlgin
- 1 oz · 30 mlcoffee-infused Campari
- 1 oz · 30 mlsweet vermouth
- 1 barspooncoffee liqueur
- 2 dashescocoa bitters
- orange peel oil
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.

Express orange peel oil over surface.

Garnish with three coffee beans.
Coffee-Infused Campari
- 1
Add one tablespoon of coffee beans to 8 oz.

Campari.
- 3
Let sit for 24 hours at room temperature.
- 4
Strain and bottle.
