This cocktail was created by the one, the only, tiki-legend Jeff “Beachbum” Berry in 2009 for Smuggler’s Cove (San Francisco). The name of this drink translates to “Lost World” (it has nothing to do with Jurassic Park). This is a good one as we enjoy fall and the winter to come.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlblack rum (Hamilton 86)
- ½ oz · 15 mlapple brandy
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mldemerara syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with cinnamon stick (optional).
