About
This cocktail was created by Frederic Yarm (@fredericyarm). He notes that it was inspired by the Jet Pilot and another drink he recently had that combined rye, Smith & Cross, Bénédictine, crème de cacao, and lime. Here, pineapple rum and Jamaican rum build the base, while Bénédictine and cacao add a spiced, chocolatey layer. Citrus keeps it bright, and a dash of absinthe and fresh nutmeg tie everything together. Yarm named the drink after a 2006 song by The Coup.Cheers y’all!
