This cocktail was created by Mike Losselyoung (@mlooselyoung) for St. George Spirits (@stgeorgespirits). It is only two ingredients, but both bring plenty to the glass. Bitter citrus and herbs meet dark coffee and chicory, with just enough sweetness to keep it balanced.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlSt. George Bruto Americano
- 1½ oz · 45 mlSt. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
- orange peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
- 2
Add ice and stir until chilled.
- 3
Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora.
- 4
Express orange peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with an orange twist.
