About
This cocktail was created by Jordan Hughes (@highproofpreacher). It is a really fun summer stirred cocktail, with strawberry, basil, and bright acidity doing a lot of the work without turning it into a typical shaken sour. The name is a nod to the fact that it uses an acidic component in a stirred drink. Sūpāsawā is a clear, shelf-stable acid mixer made to stand in for fresh citrus, but fresh lime juice would work nicely here too. The type of gin matters in this one, so go for something citrus-forward.Cheers y’all!
