About
This cocktail was created by @lucifffeeerrr, who sent it to me after I shared the Jalisco Shake Down cocktail to Instagram. It builds on a tequila sour with pineapple and lime, adding Aperol for bittersweet orange and orgeat for a subtle almond richness. Strawberry adds another layer of fruit, while Angostura bitters and saline help rein in the sweeter tropical elements. The original recipe calls for strawberry purée; for my version, I substituted strawberry syrup.Cheers y’all!
