About
This is an original Martini variation I threw together one night when I was in the mood for a Martini. I had some olive oil-washed gin on hand and paired it with dry vermouth and a little basil eau de vie. The olive oil adds a touch of richness and texture, while the basil gives it a fresh herbal edge. Lemon oil brightens everything up, but at the end of the day, it is still just a very drinkable Martini with a few extra layers.Cheers y’all!
