A tropical beauty created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon) and an excuse for me to use the one bottle of spiced rum I have. This one can become too sweet so make sure you adjust the citrus accordingly.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlspiced rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit liqueur
- ½ oz · 15 mlelderflower liqueur
- ¾–1 oz/ 22.5–30 ml. fresh lime juice
- ⅓ oz · 10 mlsimple syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with small amount of ice until ice melts (“whip shake”).

Pour into a glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with a bouquet of mint after slapping it to express the oils.
