A Last Word riff created by Ron (@moodycocktails) that trades maraschino for Calvados and swaps in lemon to highlight the apple notes. Bee pollen adds a subtle texture and floral hum. It is stronger than the original and you may consider a barspoon of honey or simple if you want to smooth it out.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCalvados
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlGreen Chartreuse
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- 1 barspoonbee pollen
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients including bee pollen to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.
- 3
Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with maraschino cherry.
