A Batida is a popular Brazilian cocktail made with the national spirit, cachaça, a type of distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice. Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlcachaça
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlpassionfruit syrup
- ½ oz · 15 mlcoconut cream
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.

Garnish with lime wheel.
