This cocktail was recommended to me after I shared the Mezcal Little Wing last week. It was created in 2011 by Colin Shearn at the Franklin Mortgage & Investment Company (@thefranklinmortgage), a speakeasy in Philadelphia, and follows that equal-parts template. The agricole gives it a grassy backbone, while Aperol and elderflower bring in bright citrus and floral notes. I’ll be sipping one (or three) of these while soaking up the sun.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlrhum agricole blanc
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlAperol
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlelderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- 1–2 dashestiki bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4
Garnish with a lime twist.
