About
This cocktail was created by Christian Leduc (@christianleduc79), who sent it my way via Instagram and encouraged me to give it a try. He wanted a lighter take on a Martinez, borrowing the idea of a reverse Martini and letting sweet vermouth take the lead. The mole bitters bring in a little chocolate and spice, which plays nicely with the maraschino and keeps the drink feeling a bit more layered than your usual low-proof sipper.Cheers y'all!
