About
This is one of my original creations, made with the same butter-pecan-washed Smith & Cross I used in my Butter Pecan Old Fashioned. Falernum and maple lean into the rum’s warm spice and toasted pecan notes, while coffee bitters add a darker roasted edge. It stays rum-forward, but with plenty of cozy flavors layered underneath.Cheers y’all!
