This cocktail comes from one of my favorite spots in San Diego, Tribute Pizza (@tributepizza). When they sent me the specs and Seven Caves (@sevencaves) sent me a bottle of their Tropical Gin, I had to make it. A Saturn is my partner’s favorite cocktail, and he immediately fell in love with this version. The gin is distilled in San Diego and infused with passionfruit, pineapple, and orange, making it feel right at home in this classic. The only thing missing was the pizza.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlSeven Caves Tropical Gin (@sevencaves)
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlVelvet Falernum
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlorgeat
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit purée
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a coupe.
- 4
Garnish with a lemon peel-wrapped cherry.
