By Jon Armstrong (2016) and found in Death & Company: Welcome Home. What originally started as a simple 3-ingredient drink was made a bit more complicated with an addition of a second rum. He was given the suggestion to add a funky rum (Smith and Cross), to make it more interesting, and boy am I happy he did!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlJamaican rum (Appleton Estate Signature)
- ½ oz · 15 mloverproof Jamaican rum (Smith and Cross)
- ½ oz · 15 mlYellow Chartreuse
- ½ oz · 15 mlspiced pear liqueur (St. George)
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.
- 3
Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
No garnish.
