I found this recipe last year on another cocktail enthusiast's page (@cheerstohappyhour), and had to stir it up again for the season. The name is so clever, the flavors are perfect for the holidays, and who can say no to clear ice in clear drinks?! I hope the week is going well for everyone!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mldry gin
- ½ oz · 15 mlcrème de menthe
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcrème de cacao
- 1 dashcardamom bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a BFC.
- 4
Garnish with a carrot.
