This is an original that I felt encapsulates spring. I went with a floral gin and used a delicious amaro from Accompani (@drinkaccompani). Mari Gold is a light and bright amaro that has flavors of orange and gentian. The cucumber brings freshness, and the honey balances the bright lime.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlgin
- ½ oz · 15 mlAccompani Mari Gold
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlhoney syrup
- Cucumber slice, muddled
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add crushed ice and shake until chilled.
- 3
Strain into glass filled with crushed or pebble ice and cucumber ribbon.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
