This cocktail was created by the brilliant Sam Ross (@samueljoelross). It is a delicious equal parts cocktail that lets you break out that bottle of St-Germain you have. This drink is a riff on the Corpse Reviver No. 2, where Lillet is subbed out for the elderflower liqueur. That absinthe rinse is key!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCointreau
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlelderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- absinthe rinse
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Shake with ice until chilled.
- 3
Rinse coupe or Nick and Nora with absinthe.
- 4
Fine strain into rinsed glass.
- 5
Garnish with lemon twist.
