This cocktail was created by Elliott Clark (@apartment_bartender) while guest bartending at a bar near Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood (Bibo Ergo Sum; now closed). This drink was a hit that night and I can see why! It’s tropical, herbaceous, and so crushable. I’ll be making many more!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlvodka
- ½ oz · 15 mlYellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz · 30 mlpineapple juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlhoney syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with pineapple frond.
