This one was created by one of my favorite drinkstagrammers, Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon). This Jungle Bird variation takes a slight detour to Peru. The pisco and raspberry syrup bring a bright, unexpected freshness, while the Campari and pineapple hold it down with a subtle bitterness.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlpisco
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCampari
- 1½ oz · 45 mlpineapple juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlraspberry syrup
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Add ice and shake until chilled.
- 3
Strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with a pineapple frond (and pineapple wedge if you have it).
