This cocktail was part of a 2022 Emo Tiki pop-up at Polite Provisions (San Diego, CA). I found the specs via Nick Welsh’s Quizlet recipe cards (thanks to @fredericyarm for pointing me this way!). Named after the song by Dashboard Confessional, this tropical bitter drink will be restirred by me again!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlpineapple rum
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlAmaro Montenegro
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlCampari
- 2 dashesorange bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a glass over a clear BFC.

Garnish with pineapple wedge (fresh or dehydrated).
