This cocktail was created by Liber & Co. to highlight their Tropical Passionfruit Syrup. I know it’s vodka-based—but its neutrality lets the passionfruit, cherry, and vermouth shine. I added lime for my palate—optional, but I liked the acidity to pull it all into balance.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlvodka
- ½ oz · 15 mldry vermouth
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlmaraschino liqueur
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit syrup (@liberandco)
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlfresh lime juice (optional)
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.

Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
