This one was created by Ryan Magarian (@ryanmagarianpdx) for Hamlet (now closed; Portland, OR), where I was often a patron. Honestly, I could sip this all day—the mint is refreshing and the horseradish packs a wonderful punch. Originally served in a glass over ice, but I couldn't resist making it look like a carrot.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlhorseradish vodka
- 2½ oz · 75 mlfresh carrot juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlhoney syrup
- 6–8 mint leaves
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice.

Shake until chilled.

Fine strain* into glass over fresh ice (or champagne flute with no ice).

Garnish with mint bouquet after slapping to express oils.
