About
This cocktail was created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon) and shared on his page. The name is pretty fitting, with Green Chartreuse, Midori, and absinthe all showing up in the same glass. On paper, that combination sounds like it could get pretty intense, but the proportions keep each of them in check. The Chartreuse brings the herbal backbone, Midori adds melon and a little extra sweetness, and just two dashes of absinthe give it that unmistakable anise note without taking over. Lime keeps everything bright, while the foamer gives the whole thing a softer texture.Cheers y’all!
