This drink was created by Matthias Soberon. He described that this cocktail started out as a Bermuda Hundred (a gin Jungle Bird). You see the similarities here, but the addition of banana, Aperol, and orange make it stand out. This is definitely a lightning bolt of tropic flavors.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 2 oz · 60 mlgin
- ½ oz · 15 mlAperol
- ½ oz · 15 mlbanana liqueur
- 1½ oz · 45 mlfresh orange juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- 1 dashAngostura bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with smoked cinnamon stick or grated cinnamon.
