This cocktail was created in 2017 by Vitaliy Severinov (@severinov11) at El Copitas in Saint Petersburg. It is a Last Word riff, but the mint makes it feel much fresher than that description sounds. It is herbal, tart, and pleasantly bitter. Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mltequila reposado
- 1 oz · 30 mlYellow Chartreuse
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlSuze
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- 8mint leaves
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4
Garnish with a mint leaf.
