This cocktail was created by Miguel Buencamino (@holycityhandcraft). It is a great cooler-weather tequila drink, with soft herbal sweetness and a bright grapefruit finish. The flamed grapefruit peel oil adds a warm citrus aroma before the first sip.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mltequila blanco
- 1 oz · 30 mlCocchi Americano
- ½ oz · 15 mlBénédictine
- 8 dashesgrapefruit bitters
- flamed grapefruit peel oil
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over large-format ice.

Flame grapefruit peel oil over the surface.
- 5
Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
