Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlrye whiskey
- 1 oz · 30 mlamaretto
- ½ oz · 15 mlbanana liqueur
- 1 oz · 30 mlfresh orange juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lime juice
- 1 egg white or other foamer
- nutmeg to garnish

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake without ice (“dry shake”).

Add ice.

Shake until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or sour glass.

Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and dehydrated citrus wheel.
