About
This cocktail was created by Kim Michael (@cocktails_and_casks). I found it through Tim Kirkland (@t1m_kirkland), who shared it after Kim sent the recipe his way. It lands somewhere between an Alaska and a Puritan. The gin, Yellow Chartreuse, and orange bitters recall the Alaska, while the dry vermouth moves it toward the Puritan. Lillet Blanc adds another wine-based layer, and the saline brings the juniper, alpine herbs, and citrus into sharper focus. Tim called it one of the best gin sippers he had enjoyed in a long while, and I'll surely be stirring this one up again!Cheers y’all!
