This cocktail was created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon). The name comes from the Greek phrase for being caught between two equally dangerous choices. It has the juicy, spiced feel of a tropical rum drink, with a little smoke and bitterness keeping it from getting too soft.Cheers y’all!
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into a Collins glass.

Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with a mint bouquet and grapefruit twist.
