This cocktail was created by Dinah Kisil (@DinahKisil) at Proof Cocktail Bar in Calgary and appears in Shawn Soole’s Great Northern Cocktails. It drinks like a smoky pineapple Daiquiri with a bitter orange edge. The peat is noticeable, but it does not take over the drink.Cheers y’all!
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg, if desired.
