This cocktail was created by @weeklytiki as a riff on the Saturn. Splitting the base between rye and overproof Jamaican rum brings more spice and funk to the familiar tropical build. The apple and cinnamon garnish also makes it feel surprisingly at home in cooler weather.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlrye whiskey
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mloverproof Jamaican rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit syrup
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlorgeat
- freshly grated cinnamon, to garnish
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
- 2
Add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled.

Dirty dump into a rocks glass.
- 4
Top with crushed or pebble ice.
- 5
Garnish with an apple fan and freshly grated cinnamon.
