About
This cocktail was created by Charles Emberson (@chembo_cocktails) and I’ve had it saved for over a year now. It is a riff on the 100 Year Old Cigar. The name also comes from the cigar-like notes you get from rich, dark, and bitter ingredients, with a touch of mezcal adding a subtle smoky layer. Originally served up in a coupe, I chose to serve it over a rock to let the flavors unfold as you sip.Cheers y’all!
