This cocktail was created by Emre Sisman (@emresisman._). The recipe is built around restraint. Every supporting ingredient is used sparingly, adding another layer without pulling focus from the rum. Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlJamaican rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlDemerara rum
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlamaretto
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlCampari
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlcoffee liqueur
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- orange peel oil
Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Express orange peel oil over the surface and garnish with an orange twist.
