About
This cocktail was created in 2016 by Zachary Gelnaw-Rubin at the now-closed Lion Lion in New York City. It is a riff on the Business by Sasha Petraske, which itself is a variation on the Gimlet. The addition of pineapple brings a subtle tropical note and a nice frothy texture. The structure is familiar, but the drink is a little more playful, which fits the name. Ingredients
- 1¾ oz · 52.5 mlgin
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlpineapple juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlhoney syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe or Nick and Nora.

Garnish with a lime wheel or lime wedge.
