If you haven’t had an espresso martini with something other than vodka, you’re missing out. This one is by Allison Larson who created it at Polite Provisions (San Diego, CA). She wanted to combine an espresso martini and a Carajillo. I love the depth here!Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlaged rum
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlAmaro Meletti
- ½ oz · 15 mlcoffee liqueur
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlLicor 43
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlcold brew
- 2 dashesmole bitters
- ¼ ozaquafaba or egg white
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
Garnish with espresso powder and sea salt.
