This cocktail was created by Graham Steele at Death & Co Denver (@deathandcompany) in 2025. It is built like a vodka Daisy but leans into bright, floral, and green flavors. Elderflower and Midori bring a mix of honeyed florals and melon, while the green chile vodka adds a little edge. A dash of absinthe lifts everything just enough.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1¼ oz · 37.5 mlvodka
- 1 oz · 30 mlelderflower liqueur
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlgreen chile vodka (@stgeorgespirits)
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlMidori
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlsimple syrup
- 1 dashabsinthe
Method

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.

Add ice and shake until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a lemon wheel (dehydrated used here).
