Welcome to the series where I show how you can swap one ingredient, in this case the fruit liqueur, for another and create a “new” cocktail. Vodka is flavor neutral, which allows you to use it when you want to accentuate the flavors. These tropical flavors are balanced by the bright lemon and vermouth.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlvodka
- ½ oz · 15 mldry vermouth
- ½ oz · 15 mlpineapple liqueur
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lemon juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlhoney syrup
Method
- 1
Add all ingredients to shaker tin.
- 2
Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora over a BFC (optional).

Garnish with pineapple fronds.
