This is a daiquiri I came up with that is full of absinthe. I usually like my daiquiris with a dash or mist of absinthe, so this was a natural progression. I am currently at my 10 year college reunion, so I named this drink after a street I spent most of my college years on.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1 oz · 30 mlpineapple rum
- ½ oz · 15 mlrum agricole
- ½ oz · 15 mlJamaican rum
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlabsinthe
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlsimple syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
No garnish.
