This drink was created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon) as part of a Home Bar Awards / Soundtrack My Drink challenge. The theme was “Love and Heartbreak,” and the song he was inspired by was, “Where the Wild Roses Grow,” by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. This martini style cocktail is gorgeous, delicious, and has a touch of floral.Cheers y’all!
Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mldry gin
- 1 oz · 30 mldry vermouth
- ½ oz · 15 mlrose liqueur
- ¼ oz · 7.5 mlgénépy
- 4 dashesPeychaud's bitters
Method

Add all ingredients to mixing glass.

Stir with ice until chilled.

Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora.
- 4
No garnish.
