This cocktail was created to celebrate Four Roses’ 135th anniversary. It hits all the right notes: bourbon brings depth, Aperol for a touch of bitterness, and fresh lime for acidity. Ingredients
- 1½ oz · 45 mlbourbon
- ½ oz · 15 mlAperol
- ¾ oz · 22.5 mlfresh lime juice
- ½ oz · 15 mlpassionfruit syrup
Method

Add all ingredients to shaker tin.

Shake with ice until chilled.

Fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora.

Garnish with lime twist (optional).
