About
The original Dominicana was created by the late Sasha Petraske, a visionary of the modern cocktail revival and founder of Milk & Honey. It is often described as a dessert cocktail, with a velvety texture and a rich, coffee-forward profile. Instead of floating shaken heavy cream like the original, I swapped in eggnog to make it more festive and to really lean into those warm holiday spices.Cheers y’all!
